Engineered, Designed, and Manufactured seating that provides long hours of comfort, exceptional strength and durability, and ergonomic features that are truly "ergonomic".  Our Intensive use and Bariatric seating pass the GSA FNEW-269-83 testing and a special Bariatric test that only we have tested.  We developed our Bariatric test when it was found that no BIFMA or ANSI requirement is currently available.  We worked with an independent lab to develop criteria that would simulate a 500 lb user in our product.Seating designed with you in mind! is our motto.  Listening and Responding to users comments have helped drive many of our styles including the Responder, Titan, and Zephyr. Ideal Seating located in White Pigeon, MI was formed to accommodate the need to design, manufacture, and market specialty seating products.  Our skill in design and manufacturing has allowed Ideal to become one of the top 24 hour, Intensive use chair manufactures in North America.  We attend every National NENA and APCO show in North America and have our Reps attend most of the Regional and Local events.
